Chuck Poole was always fascinated with computers. By the time he was 10 he was already writing programs on first generation personal computers. While still in college he started his first successful business venture installing computer systems and software for law firms. This business ultimately gave rise to a software development division and an 18 year career as a highly successful software designer. As a software engineer, Chuck’s software won numerous “product of the year awards” from publications such as Telephony Magazine and Intelicard News. While at the helm of Voiceware Systems, he designed more than 400 software applications for a wide range of clients including the CIA, the FBI, MTV, Cosmopolitan Magazine, The United Nations, MCI, and dozens of International telecom operators throughout the world. Chuck is well versed in navigating and promoting international business ventures and has personally conducted business in 38 countries.

For the last seven years Chuck has poured his energy into building a “dream team” of IT Professionals that can provide superior technology services in a wide range of disciplines.

Chuck is married to his wife Amy of 19 years, and has two daughters: Lainey (15) and Kelsey (13).

As Systems Engineer, Chris designs and maintains small business networks. He also analyzes and troubleshoots network and system issues. Prior to joining Palm Tech, Chris worked as Junior Administrator at The Benjamin School and also served as a Level 2 Technician at Steinhoff Consulting. In addition to an education in Liberal Arts and PC Professor, he brings over five years of IT industry experience as well as A+ and MCP technical certifications.

Jon brings over eight years of IT experience to the PalmTech team. Prior to joining PalmTech, Jon was a web designer for the Rocca Group Inc. and Director of IT at the offices of A. Jonathan Yudien, CPA. Previous experience also included web development and IT support for Florida Atlantic University and IT Support services for the Drug Enforcement Agency. Jon studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the Institute of Math and Computer Science in Coconut Creek, Florida, as well as Information System Security and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. In addition, he holds certifications in Microsoft Security, Cisco Networks, Disaster Recovery, and Web Development. As a Systems Engineer and Project Manager, Jon in involved in a wide array of technology engineering including: Network security, IP video surveillance, and commercial wireless systems.

PalmTech Computer Solutions, Inc. is excited to welcome Cole Beasley to their support team as a Support Engineer. He will be responsible for presales engineering on Windows Networks, Internet Based Security Cameras, WiFi Networks, Cisco equipment and the support of these systems.

Cole Beasley brings a vast amount of system engineering experience to PalmTech Computer Solutions, Inc. He has seven successful years of network experience as a certified Microsoft System Engineer in the areas of network administration, system support, and consulting services. He has worked as a director of technical services for Matt Heuer & Associates, Inc. in which he had direct oversight of customer project management including but, not limited to, technical sales, accounting management, help desk support & configuration, server implementation &maintenance, and network design and deployment.

Cole maintains current technology certification in the areas of MCSE, MCSA, CCA, CCNA, CCNA Voice, former CCNP, and he is actively pursuing a license in CCPN Voice with a target completion date of the end of 2011.

Ben holds an A.S. in Information Technology from Bowling Green Technical College. He has specializations in Web development and Cisco support and maintenance. He also holds an CompTia A+ certification in Information Technology
