Chuck Poole

President

More than 30 years ago, Chuck Poole set his eyes on one of the first "Personal Computers" commercially available - it was love at first sight. He was so enamored with computers that some people worried he might never do anything else - and they were absolutely right.

Throughout his career he has written more than 400 software packages and won numerous "Product of the Year" awards from three different prestigious industry publications. He has developed software for the United Nations, the FBI, the CIA, Bahamas Telecom, Cosmopolitan Magazine, MTV, and hundreds of other international and governmental organizations. Now, after 24 years of IT experience, he is still seeking ways to implement technology that can help his clients increase productivity, lower costs, and create new opportunities.

Cole Beasley

Support Engineer

PalmTech Computer Solutions, Inc. is excited to welcome Cole Beasley to their support team as a Support Engineer. He will be responsible for presales engineering on Windows Networks, Internet Based Security Cameras, WiFi Networks, Cisco equipment and the support of these systems.

Cole Beasley brings a vast amount of system engineering experience to PalmTech Computer Solutions, Inc. He has seven successful years of network experience as a certified Microsoft System Engineer in the areas of network administration, system support, and consulting services. He has worked as a director of technical services for Matt Heuer & Associates, Inc. in which he had direct oversight of customer project management including but, not limited to, technical sales, accounting management, help desk support & configuration, server implementation &maintenance, and network design and deployment.

Cole maintains current technology certification in the areas of MCSE, MCSA, CCA, CCNA, CCNA Voice, former CCNP, and he is actively pursuing a license in CCPN Voice with a target completion date of the end of 2011.

James is a Louisiana native who perfected his craft in the United States Marine Corps as a Data Network Technician. He led a team who maintained the USMC's email servers for the West Coast. When James left the Corps he joined a regional Computer service organization helping small and medium sized companies meet their business objectives.
